Along the Brazos River, our vineyard produces a selection of Spanish varieties that thrive in this soil and climate. Tin Top offers Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, and Syrah grapes, each with its own character for winemaking. Mourvèdre brings earthy depth and structure, Petite Sirah delivers dark fruit and bold intensity, and Syrah balances rich berry flavors with a smooth finish.
