This special Rose is our first vintage, harvested from the rich terroir of the Brazos River Valley just one year after we planted our first vines here in Tin Top, Texas. It is made from 100% estate-grown Petite Sirah for a bright and lively taste that is dry and slightly acidic with colorful citrus notes. These grapes grew and thrived alongside a beautiful field of Indian Paintbrushes and the wine they made seems to take its colors and perhaps some of its spirit from these iconic Texas wildflowers, hence its name. We’ve left this Indian Paintbrush Rose unfiltered for a more natural, complex flavor profile so you’ll probably notice some sediment and that’s perfectly normal. You can drink it as-is or decant and filter as you please. Then just chill and enjoy.
